基于3D打印技术实现城市给排水管道定制化施工研究

摘要 介绍了利用3D打印技术实现复杂城市环境下给排水管道的定制化施工方法。首先分析了传统施工方法在复杂城市环境中存在的问题,包括施工难度大、时间长、成本高等;然后提出了基于3D打印技术的管道定制化施工方案并详细描述了其工艺流程和关键技术;最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性和优势,为城市给排水管道的快速建设提供了新的思路和技术支持。 Introduced the customized construction method of water supply and drainage pipelines in complex urban environments using 3D printing technology.Firstly,the problems of traditional construction methods in complex urban environments were analyzed,including high construction difficulty,long time,and high cost.Then,a customized construction plan for pipelines based on 3D printing technology was proposed,and its process flow and key technologies were described in detail.Finally,the feasibility and advantages of this method were verified through experiments,providing new ideas and technical support for the rapid construction of urban water supply and drainage pipelines.
