The article introduced the properties,uses and production methods of ultrafine so-dium chloride.From the aspects of production capacity,product quality,product cost and utiliza-tion of by-products,the spray drying method,anti-solvent method,and pulverization method for producing ultrafine sodium chloride are compared,and their respective advantages and disadvan-tages and development trends are pointed out.Finally,the process of using calcium chloride to pre-pare ultrafine sodium chloride with higher purity and the discussion of some important process pa-rameters are introduced.
