摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是浆细胞克隆性增殖的血液系统恶性肿瘤,其主要临床表现为骨质受损、高钙血症、肾功能受损、贫血等。在最近10年,关于MM疗法的研究已取得明显成果,如来那度胺(Lenalidomide)、沙利度胺(Thalidomide)等免疫调节剂(immunomodulatory drugs,IMiDs);伊沙佐米(Ixazomib)、硼替佐米(Bortezomib)等蛋白酶体抑制剂(proteasome inhibitors,PIs)等.
