The Technical Service Management for Fire Control Inspection of Construction Projects Viewed from the Angle of"Fire Control Return to Engineering"

立足建设工程消防审验工作从原公安消防部门划转至住房和城乡建设部门管理的大背景,从住房和城乡建设部门消防审验工作中涉及的技术工作内容入手,分析各项消防审验技术服务工作所需的技术能力水平,以及对技术机构和技术人员的技术要求。同时特别分析了现行注册职业资格制度与消防审验技术工作的关系,并从“消防回归工程”——消防是建设工程一部分的视角,提出了对消防审验技术服务机构和人员管理的看法和建议。

Based on the background of the transfer of fire inspection work of construction engineering from the former Fire Department of Ministry of public security to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this paper starts with the technical work content involved in the fire inspection work of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,analyzes the technical ability level required for various fire inspection technical service work,and the technical requirements for technical institutions and technicians.In particular,the relationship between the current registered professional qualification system and the work of fire inspection technology is analyzed,and the views and suggestions on the management of fire inspection technology service institutions and personnel are put forward from the perspective of"fire control return construction project",which is a part of the construction project.
