村庄建设用地功能结构优化及空间布局研究

Study on Functional Structure Optimization and Spatial Layout of Village Construction Land

针对村庄建设用地不够合理的现象,提出了对其功能结构以及空间布局的优化策略,解决土地使用效率过低的问题。从宅基地退出与重建、集体经营性建设用地以及公共服务设施建设3个方面进行分析,结合村庄的类型,因地制宜选取合适的建设方案。这些优化策略不仅可以最大限度地提升土地利用率,还能为村庄吸引社会资源的投入,增加经济收益。

In view of the phenomenon that the village construction land is not reasonable enough,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy for its functional structure and spatial layout to solve the problem of low land use efficiency.This paper analyzes from three aspects:the withdrawal and reconstruction of homestead,the collective management of construction land and the construction of public service facilities,and selects the appropriate construction scheme according to local conditions in combination with the types of villages.These optimization strategies can not only maximize the land utilization rate,but also attract the input of social resources for the village and increase economic benefits.
