工业化建筑消能减震关键技术的应用研究

摘要 为解决现今众多工业化建筑应用消能减震技术后抗震功能仍不理想的问题,论文对工业化建筑消能减震关键技术的应用进行研究,介绍了自立式无屈曲波纹钢板剪力墙及装配式人工消能塑性铰RC框架节点两款工业化建筑消能减震产品,以及黏滞阻尼器及屈曲约束支撑这两个消能结构体系及实际应用,基于实际工程案例阐述消能减震的实际应用情况。研究结果表明:CFD+VFD组合方案可以达到更理想抗震效果,能够在高效维护主体结构构件性能的同时,达到多种消能装置在各个建筑楼层性能需求下的耗能标准。 In order to solve the problem that the seismic function of many industrialized buildings is still not ideal after applying energy dissipation technology,this paper studies the application of key technologies of energy dissipation in industrialized buildings.Firstly,it introduces two energy dissipation products of self-supporting corrugated steel plate shear wall without buckling and assembled artificial energy dissipation plastic hinge RC frame joints,and secondly,it introduces two energy dissipation structural systems and their practical applications.Finally,the practical application of energy dissipation and shock absorption is expounded based on practical engineering cases.The final research results show that the combination scheme of CFD and VFD can achieve more ideal seismic effect when applied to industrial buildings,and can effectively maintain the performance of the main structural components,while also reaching the energy consumption standards of various energy dissipators under the performance requirements of each building floor.
