摘要
我国北方某已建项目中,不锈钢冷却水管道上出现多处孔蚀缺陷,论文以此为案例展开研究,分析不锈钢腐蚀的机理,研究不锈钢腐蚀的影响因素,提出适用于同类项目的氯离子浓度限值和相应的防腐解决方案,如改进焊接工艺、投加化学药剂、优化补水水质、保持系统的定期运行等。
In a project that has been built in north China,there are multiple cavitation defects on stainless steel cooling water pipes.This paper takes this as a case study to analyze the mechanism of stainless steel corrosion,study the influencing factors of stainless steel corrosion,and propose chloride ion concentration limits applicable to similar projects and corresponding anti-corrosion solutions,such as improving the welding process,adding chemical agents,optimizing the water quality of the water supply,and maintaining the regular operation of the system.
