大型公共建筑异形幕墙屋面雨水收集排放的各专业综合技术策略——以嘉兴南湖未来广场工程施工图设计为例

摘要 针对大型公共建筑在设计上呈现出建筑异形造型复杂、建筑功能复合的特点,非线性的建筑造型使得屋面雨水的流动规律及雨水收集区域的划分难以确定的问题,论文通过分析屋面雨水流动情况和路径等进行多方案比选,并进行屋面幕墙构造及水管在室内的装修设计等多专业综合考虑后确定具体排水方案。结合嘉兴未来广场项目的施工图设计实践,试图归纳总结异形建筑屋面雨水排水的综合技术策略。 In response to the complex shape and complex architectural functions of large public buildings in design,the non-linear architectural design makes it difficult to determine the flow pattern of roof rainwater and the division of rainwater collection areas.By analyzing the flow situation and path of roof rainwater,multiple schemes are compared and selected,after considering the construction of roof curtain walls and the interior decoration design of water pipes,a specific drainage plan will be determined based on multiple professional considerations.Based on the construction drawing design practice of Jiaxing Future Plaza project,this article attempts to summarize the comprehensive technical strategies for rainwater drainage on the roof of irregular buildings.
