对住宅小区土建工程施工中影响混凝土质量的因素进行分析,包括原材料的质量、施工环境以及混凝土的养护过程,对混凝土的配制、运输、搅拌与振捣、浇筑与养护环节的施工技术要点进行分析,并提出改进措施和技术创新建议,以解决混凝土施工技术的难点,提高住宅小区土建工程混凝土施工的质量。

This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of concrete in the construction of civil engineering in residential areas,including the quality of raw materials,the construction environment and the curing process of concrete,analyzes the key points of the construction technology of concrete preparation,transportation,mixing and vibration,pouring and curing,and puts forward improvement measures and technical innovation suggestions to solve the difficulties of concrete construction technology,improve the quality of concrete construction of civil engineering in residential areas.
