Research on Strategies for Effectively Improving the Management Level of Construction Technology in Building Engineering

为了进一步改进建筑工程施工技术管理中的问题,论文探讨了建筑工程施工技术管理现状以及提高施工技术管理水平的策略,着重分析了目前国内建筑工程施工技术管理中普遍存在的问题,包括施工管理制度不够完善、轻视监督审查工作、工程施工过程管理不严等问题,针对上述问题,从工程业主方的角度,多个方面有针对性地提出了提高工程施工技术管理水平的策略。

In order to further improve the problems in construction engineering construction technology management,this paper discusses the current situation of construction engineering construction technology management and the strategies to improve the level of construction technology management,focusing on the analysis of the current problems in domestic construction engineering construction technology management,including the construction management system is not perfect,the supervision and review work is ignored,the construction process management is not strict,etc.In view of the above problems,from the perspective of the project owner,the strategies to improve the level of engineering construction technology management are put forward in many aspects.
