农文旅融合背景下的基层图书馆服务创新研究——以宁波地区为例

Research on the Service Innovation of Grassroots Libraries under the Background of the Integration of Agriculture,Culture and Tourism:Taking Ningbo as an Example

新时代农文旅融合发展对基层图书馆的服务内容和服务方式提出了新的要求。文章通过宁波“共富工坊”“共富书吧”“数字化农村文化礼堂”等案例介绍了农文旅融合背景下宁波地区基层图书馆的实践探索,针对目前存在的不足,提出了健全乡村农文旅融合政策体系、共建共享激发内生动力、数字赋能产业融合、人才引进推动改革等基层图书馆创新服务赋能当地农文旅深度融合发展的思考。

The integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism in the new era poses new demands on the service content and methods of grassroots libraries.This paper introduces case studies such as the"Gongfu Workshop","Gongfu Book Bar",and"Digital Rural Culture Auditorium"in Ningbo to explore the practical initiatives of grassroots libraries under the background of the integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism.Addressing current shortcomings,the paper proposes thoughts on strengthening the policy system of the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,fostering collaborative efforts to stimulate endogenous dynamic,leveraging digital technology to empower industry integration,and attracting talent to drive reform in grassroots library services,thus facilitating the deep integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism.
