The Impact of Digital Economy on Juvenile Delinquency:The Mediating and Moderating Role of Employment Structure

犯罪行为与社会因素之间具有相互关系。数字经济的发展带动了产业结构调整,使得就业结构发生深刻变革,就业结构变革所带来的物质经济问题直接影响着青少年犯罪现象的产生。因此,在数字经济影响青少年犯罪率的过程之中,就业结构发挥着中介效应。为进一步探究就业结构在数字经济对青少年犯罪影响中的深层逻辑,以《中国统计年鉴》中的数据为样本,通过实证研究和理论假设检验,提出了降低青少年犯罪率的理论框架,并揭示了就业结构在数字经济影响青少年犯罪率的微观机制,为预防青少年犯罪实践提供了思考方向。

Criminal behavior is interconnected with social factors.The development of the digital economy has driven industrial restructuring,leading to profound changes in employment structures.The material economic issues arising from changes in employment structures directly affect the occurrence of juvenile delinquency.Therefore,in the process of the digital economy s impact on the juvenile crime rate,employment structure plays a mediating role.To further explore the underlying logic of the employment structure in the impact of the digital economy on juvenile delinquency,by using data from the China Statistical Yearbook,this study employs empirical research and theoretical hypothesis testing to propose a theoretical framework for reducing the juvenile crime rate.It also reveals the micro-mechanisms of the employment structure in influencing the juvenile crime rate under the impact of the digital economy,providing a direction for thinking about the prevention of juvenile delinquency in practice.
