摘要
高素质教师队伍建设是新时代教育强国建设的基本条件,是提高民族地区教育高质量发展和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的坚实基础。教育实习是师范生培养的重要实践环节,教育实习评价为师范生培养提供了方向性指导和诊断反馈。评价指标体系的构建有利于准确把握师范生教育实习的全景图,为地方院校师范生培养和开展教育实习提供了重要依据。本研究采用德尔菲法、层次分析法,经过多轮专家咨询以及数据处理,构建了民族地区师范生教育实习评价指标体系,具体包括专业精神、专业知识和专业能力三个一级指标,以及遵守师德规范、涵养教育情怀、理论性知识、实践性知识、高原乡村教育环境的适应能力、学科与跨学科教学能力、班级管理能力、调查研究能力、自主发展能力、信息化能力等十个二级指标和四十二个三级指标,并对指标内容以及指标权重进行了合理性分析,以期为有效提升师范生教育实习质量提供支撑和决策依据。
The construction of a high-quality teaching force is a basic condition for the construction of a strong educational country in the new era,and is a solid foundation for improving the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas and consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Educational internship is an important practical aspect of normal university students training,and educational internship evaluation provides directional guidance and diagnostic feedback for the training of high-quality normal university students.The construction of the evaluation index system is conducive to accurately grasping the panorama of teacher trainees’educational internship,and provides an important basis for the training of teacher trainees in local colleges and universities and the conduct of educational internship.In this study,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were adopted,and after several rounds of expert consultation and data processing,an evaluation index system for education practice of normal university students in ethnic areas was established,including three first-level indexes,namely professionalism,professional knowledge and professional ability.There are 10 secondary indexes and 42 tertiary indexes,including the ability to comply with teacher ethics,cultivate educational feelings,theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,adaptability to the rural education environment on the plateau,disciplinary and interdisciplinary teaching ability,class management ability,investigation and research ability,independent development ability and informatization ability,and the content and weight of indicators are analyzed rationally,which effectively improve the quality of education practice of normal university students.
