摘要 2022年,由湖北省气象信息与技术保障中心作为主导实验室,组织实施了数字式温湿度计计量比对。长江经济带5省的11家实验室参加了比对。采用花瓣式的比对方式,比对项目为温度和湿度的示值修正值。比对参考值采用加权平均值法确定。根据参比实验室提交的测量结果和测量不确定度,主导实验室采用归一化偏差方法来评价比对结果。比对的总体满意率为95.5%,比对结果客观真实地反映了各个参比实验室的校准数字式温湿度计的能力和水平。 Hubei Meteorological Information and Technology Support Center organized and conducted the measurement comparison for digital temperature-hygrometer as pilot laboratory in 2022.11 laboratories from 5 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt participated in the comparison.The petal-type comparison method was adopted for this comparison.The corrected values of temperature and humidity for the instrument were compared.The comparison reference value was determined using the weighted average method.Based on the measurement results and uncertainty submitted by the participating laboratories,the pilot laboratory adopted the normalized deviation method to evaluate the comparison results.The overall satisfaction rate of this comparison was 95.5%.The comparison results objectively and truthfully reflected the ability and level of calibration digital temperature-hygrometer in each participating laboratory.
