摘要
通过分析近红外光谱法油品快速分析仪的工作原理,参考相应的国家技术规范,应用可溯源的标准物质,建立近红外光谱法油品快速分析仪的校准方法,提出了波数示值误差及重复性、数据库模型验证示值误差及重复性等校准项目,并对波数示值误差测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。使用近红外波长滤光片按校准方法进行实验,以波数8194.0 cm-1处为例,得到波数示值误差为-0.6 cm^(-1),重复性为0.0 cm^(-1)。对示值误差结果进行不确定度评定,不确定度为2.8 cm^(-1)(k=2)。以辛烷值和十六烷值标准物质对数据库模型进行验证,测得误差分别为0.4(辛烷值)和0.1(十六烷值),重复性分别为0.2(辛烷值)和0.3(十六烷值)。该校准方法计量特性满足校准要求,可应用于油品快速分析仪量值溯源和仪器性能评价。
By analyzing the working principle of the near-infrared spectroscopy oil rapid analyzer,referring to corresponding national technical specifications,the calibration method of the near-infrared spectroscopy oil rapid analyzer was established by using traceable standard substances.The calibration items such as wavenumber indication error and repeatability,database model verification indication error and repeatability were proposed,and the uncertainty of the wavenumber indication error measurement results was evaluated.The experiment was conducted using a near-infrared wavelength filter according to the calibration method.Taking the wavenumber of 8194.0 cm^(-1) as an example,the wavenumber indication error was-0.6 cm^(-1),and the repeatability was 0.0 cm^(-1).Evaluate the uncertainty of the indication error results,with an uncertainty of 2.8 cm^(-1)(k=2).The database model was validated using octane and hexadecane reference materials,with measurement errors of 0.4(octane)and 0.1(hexadecane),and repeatability of 0.2(octane)and 0.3(hexadecane),respectively.The metrological characteristics of this calibration method meet the calibration requirements and can be applied to the traceability of quantity values and instrument performance evaluation of oil rapid analyzers.
