汽车桥壳通气孔空间位置尺寸检具设计与应用

摘要 汽车桥壳通气孔空间位置尺寸使用标准量具或普通测量方法无法直接完成测量,而常规的检测方法其检测过程十分繁琐、复杂,检测时间长,需由专人进行检测,不适用于批量生产零部件的检测。通过对桥壳结构和通气孔位置尺寸特点分析,设计并制造了通气孔位置尺寸检测检具,并成功应用于桥壳通气孔位置尺寸检测,其检测过程简单快捷、检测精度满足实际生产要求、检测效率得到显著提高。 The spatial dimensions of the ventilation holes in the automotive axle housing cannot be directly measured using standard gauges or common measurement methods.Conventional inspection methods for these dimensions are extremely cumbersome and complex,with long inspection times requiring specialized personnel,rendering them unsuitable for batch production component inspection.Through analysis of the structure of the axle housing and the characteristics of the ventilation hole positions and dimensions,a measurement fixture for the position and size of the ventilation holes was designed and fabricated.This fixture has been successfully applied to the inspection of the position and size of ventilation holes in the axle housing.Its inspection process is simple and efficient,with accuracy meeting actual production requirements,thereby significantly improving inspection efficiency.
