模具镶件正角加工工艺分析及方案优化设计

摘要 对模具镶件正角的加工工艺进行了研究,通过优化加工方案,改善模具镶件正角的加工精度,提高加工效率。首先分析了模具镶件正角保证加工精度的原因,模具镶件正角目前采用的加工方案及存在的问题,通过优化加工方案,开发了5轴铣直角的宏程序,实现机内自动化加工。对宏程序的开粗程序、加工刀具及参数设置进行优化后,使用这套宏程序加工的模具镶件正角,接近100%合格率。优化后的加工方案,生产效率非常高,加工的模具镶件侧边效果均匀一致,光洁度好,与原加工方案相比有很大的价格优势。 This paper investigates the machining process of the positive corner of mold inserts.By optimizing the machining scheme,the machining accuracy of the positive corner of mold inserts is improved,and the machining efficiency is increased.Firstly,this paper analyzes the reasons for ensuring the machining accuracy of the positive corner of mold inserts,the current machining schemes adopted for mold inserts,and the existing problems.Through optimizing the machining scheme,a macro program for five-axis milling of right angles is developed to achieve in-machine automation.After optimizing the roughing program,machining tools,and parameter settings of the macro program,mold inserts machined using this set of macro programs approach a 100%qualification rate.The optimized machining scheme exhibits very high production efficiency,uniform and consistent side effects on the machined mold inserts,good surface finish,and significant cost advantages compared to the original machining scheme.
