增压透平膨胀机振动异常故障分析及处理

摘要 增压透平膨胀机作为常见的提供冷量的制冷设备,被广泛应用于空分、化工、炼金等行业,因其具有流量大、结构简单、运行可靠等特点,在航空发动机冷态试验环节也有着重要应用,已逐步成为冷态试验环节中最重要的辅助设备之一。由于膨胀机属于高转速机械设备,必须将设备运行振动值控制在合理范围内,设备一旦出现振动超高,则有可能导致设备损坏,严重影响设备的安全运行及航空发动机正常研制。针对增压透平膨胀机组出现的振动异常故障,对可能导致故障产生的原因逐一进行分析、排查,制定合理的维修方案,并对维修前、后的膨胀机运行状况进行了对比分析,确保了本次故障处理顺利进行。 As a common refrigeration equipment that provides cold capacity,pressurized turboexpander is widely used in air separation,chemical industry,alchemy and other industries,because of its large flow,simple structure,reliable operation and other characteristics,it also has an important application in the cold test of aero engines,and has gradually become one of the most important auxiliary equipment in the cold test link.Because the expander is a high-speed mechanical equipment,the operating vibration value of the equipment must be controlled within a reasonable range,once the equipment has ultra-high vibration,it may lead to damage to the equipment,which seriously affects the safe operation of the equipment and the normal development of the aero engine.In view of the abnormal vibration failure of the booster turboexpander,the causes that may lead to the failure were analyzed and investigated one by one,a reasonable maintenance plan was formulated,and the operation status of the expander before and after the maintenance was compared and analyzed to ensure the smooth progress of the fault treatment.
