跨企业订单班人才培养的探索

跨企业订单班由不同的企业和学校共同组建,旨在为成员企业培养符合要求的定向人才。相对于传统的订单班而言,跨企业订单班具有育人成本低、育人质量高和符合产业需求等优点。从组建、组织管理、人才培养方案制定与教学实施和订单班的考核与评价等方面介绍了跨企业订单班的实施路径。

Cross enterprise order class is establishment by vocational institutes and enterprises,and aims to train talents who meets enterprises’requirements.Compared to traditional order class,this new type of order class have advantages of low training cost,high training quality and alignment with industry development.Establishment,management,making talent training plan and rules of assessment and evaluation are introduces in the paper.
