介绍了一种将飞行器制造技术专业与机械工程专业进行跨专业整合,共同培养多技能、复合型人才的方案,这一方案旨在培育能够适应航空行业多元化需求的高素质人才。在这个方案中,特别强调跨学科学习和实践的重要性,激励学生在不同的技术领域中积累经验和知识。通过这样的培养模式,期望能够培育出更为全面、适应性强的专业人才,不仅能够满足航空企业的当前需求,同时也为我国国防及相关领域输送关键人才,从而为国家的科技创新和工业发展做出重要贡献。
This article introduces a plan to integrate aircraft manufacturing technology and mechanical engineering across disciplines to jointly cultivate multi skilled and composite talents.This plan aims to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the diversified needs of the aviation industry.In this plan,we will particularly emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary learning and practice,motivating students to accumulate experience and knowledge in different technical fields.Through this training model,we hope to cultivate more comprehensive and adaptable professional talents,which can not only meet the current needs of aviation enterprises,but also provide key talents for China's national defense and related fields,thus making important contributions to the country's scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.
