摘要
技能竞赛已成为大学生提升实际操作能力和职业技能的有效途径。然而,训练过程中所承受的心理压力不容忽视,可能导致焦虑、抑郁等问题,影响学业成绩。分析了技能大赛培训效果与学生心理问题及关联性,并提出相应干预措施。针对技能大赛培训,应综合评估学生技能提高、知识掌握、心理调适和团队合作情况。针对心理问题,应建立心理档案、开展心理辅导、实施压力管理、加强心理干预师队伍建设、开展心理讲座和培训、建立家校合作机制,并加强心理干预效果评估。
Skills competitions have become an effective way for college students to improve their practical operational and vocational skills.However,the psychological pressure endured during the training process cannot be ignored,which may lead to anxiety,depression,and other problems,affecting academic performance.This article analyzes the effectiveness of skills competition training and its correlation with student psychological problems,and proposes corresponding intervention measures.For skills competition training,a comprehensive evaluation of student skill improvement,knowledge mastery,psychological adjustment,and team cooperation should be conducted.In response to psychological issues,it is necessary to establish psychological records,provide psychological counseling,implement stress management,strengthen the construction of a team of psychological interventionists,conduct psychological lectures and training,establish a home school cooperation mechanism,and strengthen the evaluation of psychological intervention effects.
