摘要
压力管道裂纹检验是保障工业安全生产的重要手段。对此,系统分析了压力管道常见裂纹的类型与特征,重点探讨了磁粉、超声波、射线和涡流检测技术在裂纹检验中的应用。通过实验对比了不同方法的检出率、定位误差、裂纹定量、检测速度等性能指标。研究表明,在实际检测中宜结合管道特点合理选择多种方法,并致力于发展新型检测理论与智能分析技术,以期全面提升裂纹的检出、识别与评价水平,为压力管道的安全服役提供可靠保障。
Crack inspection of pressure pipelines is a crucial means to ensure industrial safety.This paper systematically analyzes the types and characteristics of common cracks in pressure pipelines,with a focus on exploring the application of magnetic particle,ultrasonic,radiographic,and eddy current testing techniques in crack inspection.Performance indicators such as detection rate,positioning error,crack quantification,and inspection speed are compared through experiments using different methods.The research indicates that in practical inspections,it is advisable to combine various methods based on the characteristics of the pipelines.Furthermore,efforts should be made to develop new detection theories and intelligent analysis technologies to comprehensively improve the detection,identification,and evaluation of cracks,thereby providing reliable assurance for the safe operation of pressure pipelines.
