摘要
随着全球能源市场的不断变化,炼化一体化已成为炼油行业转型升级的发展方向。通过分析某炼厂原油性质及炼油加工流程中化工原料的性质,结合技术评价和经济评估,剖析现有炼化一体化发展方向,有针对性地提出了重油催化裂化+轻烃裂解的裂解耦合新工艺转型升级路径。该路径能够提高乙烯产能,降低炼油成本,同时满足市场需求,具有较高的经济价值和市场竞争力。
With the continuous changes in the global energy market,refining-petrochemical integration has become a development direction for the transition and upgrading of the refining industry.By analyzing the properties of crude oil and the chemical raw materials that can be provided by the refining process in a certain refinery,combined with technical and economic evaluations,this paper deeply analyses the current development direction of refiningpetrochemical integration and put forward a new path for the transition and upgrading of heavy oil catalytic cracking and light hydrocarbon cracking.This path can increase ethylene production capacity,reduce refining costs,and meet market demand,with high economic value and market competitiveness.
