石化央企上市公司市值管理的挑战与应对

摘要 由于经济社会发展的特殊背景,在资本要素市场逐步完善和发展的过程中,市值经常背离企业的价值,且有时背离幅度过大,成熟市场的上市公司普遍会采用市值管理工具进行纠偏。文章分析了石化央企上市公司市值管理面临的挑战,根据价值管理理论的核心方法,提出了持续强化公司治理,提高公司发展质量,增强价值创造能力,注重环境、社会、治理(ESG),健全市场化经营机制,统筹运用市值管理工具等做法,并结合案例进行探讨,提出了石化央企上市公司进一步加强市值管理的初步建议。 Due to the special background of economic and social development,the market value often deviates from the value of the enterprise in the process of improvement and development of the capital factors market,and sometimes the deviation is too large.The listed companies in mature markets will generally use market value management methods to correct the deviations.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the market value management of listed petrochemical central enterprises.Based on the core methods of value management theory,it puts forward the practice of continuously strengthening corporate governance,improving the quality of corporate development,enhancing value creation ability,paying more attention to ESG,improving the market-oriented operation mechanism,and coordinating the use of market value management tools.Combined with the case study,the preliminary suggestions for further strengthening the market value management of listed petrochemical central enterprises are given.
