“遨游何必故乡邪”语境关涉汉末不同社会阶层对于归乡出仕的态度,而在三国鼎峙的时代背景之下,鱼豢等曹魏史家对于蜀汉史的叙述常隐含着一定政治敌意,甚至有时会存在误导性虚构。诸葛亮规劝游学好友孟建勿北归家乡仕魏之缘由并非因其故乡情感淡薄或不敢与曹魏士大夫竞争。事实上,诸葛深受故乡文化影响,其政治立场与曹操、刘表等人存在冲突,故而最终选择追随共同政治目标的汉室宗亲刘备出仕。

The context of“Why go back to your hometown when you can accomplish your career”concerns the attitudes of different social strata towards going back to their hometown to become officials.However,under the background of the confrontation of the Three Kingdoms,the narration of Shu-han history by the historians of the Wei Dynasty,such as Yu Huan,often implied certain political hostility,and even sometimes led to misleading fictions.The fact that Zhuge Liang advised Meng Jian not to be an official of the Wei Dynasty cannot imply that Zhuge Liang is indifferent to his hometown or afraid to compete with the scholar-officials of the Wei Dynasty.In fact,Zhuge Liang was deeply influenced by his native culture,and his political stand conflicted with Cao Cao and Liu Biao,therefore,he chose to follow Liu Bei,who has a common political goal.
