我国中医类医院资源配置区域分布和空间差异性研究

Research on regional distribution and spatial difference of resources allocation in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China

[目的]为全面分析我国中医类医院资源时空分布与差异性,对2009-2021年我国中医类医院卫生资源区域差异性和配置公平性展开研究,探讨我国中医类医院资源配置现状,为政策制定提供参考。[方法]采用卫生资源集聚度和空间自相关分析我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)中医类医院卫生资源配置的公平程度。[结果]2009-2021年,我国中医类医院卫生资源东西部区域差异性显著,东部地区按地理面积配置的集聚度高,西部地区按人口分布配置的集聚度高;空间分布呈聚集特征,全局Moran s I指数总体呈下降趋势;物力资源和人力资源的局部Moran s I指数分布存在较明显的空间差异。[结论]我国中医类医院卫生资源空间集聚度逐渐减弱,但东西部地区差异仍较明显,西部地区人力资源相对匮乏。

Objective In order to comprehensively analyze the spatial and temporal distribution and differences of resources in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,the study examines the regional differences and allocation equity of health resources in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals from 2009 to 2021,to explore the current situation of resource allocation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China,and to provide a reference for policy formulation.Methods Health resource agglomeration degree and spatial auto-correlation were used to analyze the equity of health resource allocation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China.Results From 2009 to 2021,the health resources of TCM hospitals in China had significant differences between the eastern and western regions,with a high agglomeration degree in the eastern region by geographic area and a high agglomeration degree in the western region by population distribution.The spatial distribution showed the characteristics of aggregation,and Global Moran’s I showed a downward trend;the distribution of Local Moran’s I of material resources and human resources had obvious spatial difference.Conclusions The spatial agglomeration of health resources of TCM hospitals in China has gradually weakened,but the difference between eastern and western regions is still obvious,and human resources are relatively scarce in the western region.
