摘要
42CrMoA钢阶梯轴调质开裂。对带有裂纹的阶梯轴试样进行分析。结果表明裂纹附近无夹杂物,组织无氧化脱碳。分析认为试样裂纹在调质处理过程产生。通过对化学成分优化,降低Si、Mo合金质量分数,添加更多的Mn、Cr合金,同时将w(C)从0.406%提高到0.425%,保证42CrMoA钢淬透性,化学成分优化后,在相同加工工艺情况下,阶梯轴没有再出现调质开裂。
42CrMoA steel stepped shaft quenching and tempering cracked.Cracked stepped shaft specimens were analyzed.Results showed that there were no inclusions near crack and no oxidative decarburization of structure.According to analysis,specimens crack is generated in quenching and tempering treatment process.Through chemical composition optimization,mass fraction of Si and Mo alloys is reduced,more Mn and Cr alloys are added,and w(C)is increased from 0.406%to 0.425%to ensure 42CrMoA steel hardenability.After chemical composition was optimized,there was no quenching and tempering cracking of stepped shaft under same processing technology.
