摘要
竖井提升用6V三角股钢丝绳在投入使用后出现较大延伸和偶尔缩短现象,对竖井提升系统钢丝绳运行情况进行跟踪测量,并结合6V三角股钢丝绳的结构特性进行分析。钢丝绳延伸主要有初始结构性延伸、弹性延伸和永久延伸,钢丝绳使用初期和中期结构延伸较大,钢丝绳偶尔缩短属于弹性延伸,永久延伸阶段钢丝绳已经达到使用寿命末期或接近报废状态。钢丝绳载荷状态、预张拉效果以及设备运行情况等都影响钢丝绳的伸缩状况。钢丝绳进行预张拉处理非常重要,可以一定程度上消除结构延伸和捻制应力,使钢丝绳结构更加稳定。
6V triangular strand wire rope for vertical shaft lifting has experienced significant elongation and occasional shortening after being put into use,Track and measure wire rope operation in vertical shaft lifting system,and analyze structural characteristics of 6V triangular strand wire rope.Wire rope extension mainly includes initial structural extension,elastic extension,and permanent extension.In early and middle stages of use,structural extension is relatively large,and occasional shortening belongs to elastic extension.In permanent extension stage,wire rope has reached the end of its service life or is close to being scrapped.Wire rope load state,pre-tension effect,and equipment operation state all affect wire rope expansion and contraction.Wire rope pre-tension treatment is very important as it can partially eliminate structural extension and twisting stress,making wire rope structure more stable.
