火针点刺放血联合依托考昔治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Blood-lettingg with Fire Needle Combined With Etocoxib in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的 探讨火针点刺放血联合依托考昔治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法 选取急性痛风性关节炎60例分成对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予口服依托考昔片,治疗组予火针点刺放血联合依托考昔。比较2组的VAS评分、IL-8水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、血清IL-8水平降低,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 火针点刺放血联合依托考昔治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of blood-letting with fire needle combined with etocoxib on acute gouty arthritis.Methods Sixty cases of acute gouty arthritis patients were divided into the control group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with oral etocoxib,while the treatment group was treated with blood-letting with fire needle combined with etocoxib.VAS score,IL-8 level and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and serum IL-8 level of the 2 groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of blood-letting with fire needle combined with etocoxib is significant.
