中药熏洗联合精细化护理对痔疮术后疼痛的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Refined Nursing on Pain after Hemorrhoids Operation

目的 探究中药熏洗联合精细化护理对痔疮术后患者的干预效果。方法 将上饶市中医院80例痔疮患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分成观察组、对照组,均40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中药熏洗联合精细化护理,对比护理效果(症状缓解时间、疼痛评分与炎症情况)。结果 观察组症状缓解时间均比对照组短,P<0.05。护理干预后,观察组疼痛评分及炎症水平均比对照组低,P<0.05。结论 对痔疮术后患者行中药熏洗联合精细化护理,可有效消除炎症,减轻患者疼痛,缩短症状缓解时间,综合效果佳,建议临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with refined nursing on patients after hemorrhoids operation.Methods Eighty patients with hemorrhoids in Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine fumigation and refined nursing.The nursing effects(symptom relief time,pain score and inflammation)were compared.Results The time of symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the pain score and inflammation level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with refined nursing for patients after hemorrhoids operation can effectively eliminate inflammation,relieve pain,shorten symptom relief time,and have good comprehensive effect.It is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
