摘要
目的 通过精益管理提高无痛胃肠镜检查的工作效率。方法 选取中国航天科工集团七三一医院的在岗医护人员29例。2022年7月-2022年12月按常规培训,2023年1月-2023年6月给予精益管理方式。比较实施精益管理方式干预前后医护人员的内镜检查时间、准点开台率、效率提升及患者满意度。结果 精益管理方式干预后,无痛胃肠镜检查时间、患者预约等侯时间、医护人员加班时间显著低于干预前(P<0.05),准点开台率、患者满意度较干预前显著提升(P<0.05)。结论 精益管理方法能够提高无痛胃肠镜检查的工作效率,改善患者就医体验,提高患者满意度。
Objective To improve the efficiency of painless gastroenteroscopy by lean management.Methods Twenty-nine on-the-job medical staff in 731 Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given conventional training,and the observation group was given lean management.Endoscopic examination time,on-time opening rate,efficiency improvement and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After lean management intervention,the time of painless gastroenteroscopy,waiting time of patient appointment and overtime of medical staff in the observation group were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the on-time opening rate and patient's satisfaction were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management method can improve the service efficiency of endoscopy center,improve the work efficiency of medical staff,and improve patients'medical experience and satisfaction.
