中医药干预肛瘘术后创面炎症的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention on Wound Inflammation after Anal Fistula Surgery

肛瘘是肛肠科的常见疾病。肛瘘手术后创面迁延难愈,不仅严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量,还加重患者家庭、医疗及社会的经济负担。而术后创面的过度炎症是影响其愈合进度的重要因素,检索发现,中医药通过外治法或者内外合治法能够双向调控患者体内炎症因子的水平,甚至从炎症通路出发,阻断炎症因子的产生,或调控相关炎症蛋白的表达,干预炎症反应,缩短炎症阶段,有效改善创面微环境,促进创面愈合,助力肛瘘快速康复。兹整理中医药肛瘘术后创面炎症的相关研究成果,以便同道查阅使用。

Anal fistula is a common disease in the anorectal department.Prolonged wound treatment after anal fistula surgery is difficult,which not only seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients,but also increases the economic burden of patients'families,medical treatment and society.The excessive inflammation of the wound after surgery is an important factor affecting the healing progress of the wound.According to the search results,traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the level of inflammatory factors in patients in both directions through external treatment or combined internal and external treatment,and even block the production of inflammatory factors from the inflammatory pathway,regulate the expression of related inflammatory proteins,intervene in the inflammatory response,shorten the inflammatory stage,and effectively improve the wound microenvironment,and can promote wound healing and facilitate the rapid rehabilitation of anal fistula.This article summarized the relevant research results of wound inflammation after anal fistula operation in traditional Chinese medicine for reference and use.
