建筑装饰用GF增强PBT/PET树脂力学和流动性能分析

摘要 增加聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)含量可以提高建筑装饰产品力学强度等性能,加入玻璃纤维(GF)作为增强体时能够降低树脂结晶能力,使其获得更强的流动性。开展聚酰胺PBT含量对建筑装饰用PBT/PET树脂性能的影响分析。研究结果表明:当在PBT中加入PET之后,试样拉伸强度发生了明显提高,加入PET后试样获得了更高的弯曲强度。当PET添加量升高后,试样缺口冲击强度先减小后增大。当树脂中加入的PET比例升高后,MFR值也明显增大,而在PBT中添加PET后试样MFR反而增大。该研究有助于提高装饰化工高分子材料的制备,也可拓展到其他应用领域。 Increasing the content of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)can improve the mechanical strength and other properties of architectural decoration products.Adding glass fiber(GF)as reinforcement can reduce the crystallization ability of resin and make it obtain stronger fluidity.The effect of polyamide PBT content on the properties of PBT/PET resin for architectural decoration was analyzed.The results show that when PET is added to PBT,the tensile strength of the sample is obviously improved,and the bending strength of the sample is higher after PET is added.When the amount of PET increased,the notch impact strength of the sample first decreased and then increased.When the proportion of PET added to the resin increased,the MFR value also increased significantly,but when PET was added to PBT,the MFR value increased.The research is helpful to improve the preparation of polymer materials for decorative chemical industry,and can also be extended to other application fields.
