摘要
介绍了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产过程中,溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的回收再利用技术。通过脱AN塔、脱水塔、粗品塔、产品塔、脱重塔五塔顺次串联,连续操作,将含有15%~40%的DMSO生产废水分离提浓,产出纯度达99.95%以上,回收率达97%以上的DMSO产品,基本实现了碳纤维生产中溶剂DMSO循环再利用。
This paper introduces the recovery and reuse technology of solvent dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)in the production process of pan-based carbon fibers.The waste water containing 15%~40%DMSO was separated and concentrated by successive operation in series with the following five towers,namely de-AN tower,dehydration tower,crude tower,product tower and de-weight tower.Producing DMSO products with a purity of over 99.95%and a recovery rate of over 97%,basically achieves the recycling and reuse of solvent DMSO in carbon fiber production.
