煤矿薄煤层瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要 某煤矿工作面14#煤层开采时存在瓦斯涌出的问题,根据瓦斯来源及特性,通过通风设计和瓦斯抽放设计,提出采用采前预抽放及采中抽放的瓦斯防治方式对开采过程中瓦斯问题进行防治,实际应用结果表明,采用瓦斯抽采后,煤体瓦斯平均含量为5.9 m^(3)/t,平均可解吸量约为1.3 m^(3)/t,有效降低了开采过程中瓦斯涌出量以及煤体瓦斯含量。 There is a problem of gas emission during the mining of the 14#coal seam in a certain coal mine.Based on the source and characteristics of gas,through ventilation design and gas drainage design,it is proposed to use pre mining and mid mining gas drainage methods to prevent and control gas problems during the mining process.The actual application results show that after using gas drainage,the average gas content in the coal body is 5.9 m^(3)/t,and the average desorbable amount is about 1.3 m^(3)/t,effectively reducing the amount of gas emission and gas content in the coal body during the mining process.
