节能降耗理念下化工能源计量仪表的应用及改造策略

摘要 在当前全球能源问题日益凸显的背景下,化工工业作为能源密集型行业,其节能降耗需求变得尤为迫切。能源计量仪表作为生产环节中重要的指标监测工具具有重要作用。本文分析了能源化工行业中存在的能耗问题和对经济产生的影响,并进一步分析了仪表在能源行业的应用现状,指出了传统计量仪表的问题。基于对问题的分析,本文阐述了多种改进的能源计量仪表,如弯管流量计,超声波流量计等,其优秀的性能符合节能降耗的理念。 Against the backdrop of increasingly prominent global energy issues,the chemical industry,as an energy intensive industry,has become particularly urgent in terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction needs.Energy metering instruments play an important role as important indicator monitoring tools in the production process.This article analyzes the energy consumption issues and their impact on the economy in the energy and chemical industry,and further analyzes the current application status of instruments in the energy industry,pointing out the problems of traditional measuring instruments.Based on the analysis of the problem,this article elaborates on various improved energy metering instruments,such as elbow flow meters,ultrasonic flow meters,etc.,whose excellent performance conforms to the concept of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
