Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease mainly of the knee joint.The cause is still unclear,and the treatment is mostly conservative.When treating knee osteoarthritis,Professor FU Wenbin proposes an integrated acu-moxa paradigm with“heart and gallbladder therapy”as the core,namely acupuncture is the first treatment,moxibustion is the secondary treatment,and reinforcement is the third treatment.Acupuncture,moxibustion,intradermal needling,auricular points plater therapy and other treatments with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics should be applied with flexibility,so as to achieves the effects of regulating the heart and gallbladder,promoting qi and blood,treating waist and knees together,and regulating mind and consolidating root,and to achieve good clinical effect.
