摘要
端面间隙泄漏是内啮合齿轮泵的主要泄漏方式,且润滑脂具有黏温和剪切特性。该文采用数值模拟的方法探究内啮合齿轮润滑脂泵端面间隙流场与温度及间隙大小关系。得出润滑脂在间隙中呈层流状态,且温度越高,端面间隙越大,间隙流场流速越快;剪切速率越靠近间隙中心处剪切速率越低,壁面处剪切速率最高。
The leakage of end clearance is the main leakage mode of internal meshing gear pump,and the grease has viscosity-temperature and shear characteristics.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to explore the relationship between the flow field of the end clearance of the internal gear grease pump and the temperature and the size of the clearance.It is concluded that the grease is in the state of laminar flow in the gap,and the higher the temperature,the larger the end gap and,the faster the flow velocity of the clearance flow field is;the closer the shear rate is to the center of the gap,the lower the shear rate is,and the shear rate at the wall is the highest.
