摘要
该文在现有生产模式的基础上,分析同牌号烟丝连续性生产的可行性,提出现有条件下实现连续性生产的方案,然后将连续性生产的理念应用到切烘工序以及整个制丝流程,从而实现制丝流程的敏捷生产,最后制定连续性生产实施方案,对制丝的切烘工序进行同牌号烟丝连续性生产的试验研究,验证连续性生产对过程质量、生产效率、原料和能耗等方面的影响,实现制丝的切烘工序以及整个制丝流程,过程质量和生产效率的提升,原料和能耗的下降。最终的结果表明切烘工序和制丝流程的连续性生产在生产效率、原料和能耗方面均有很大的改善;切烘工序的试验研究证实同牌号烟丝连续性生产的有效性。因此将敏捷生产的理念应用于制丝的烘丝工序以及整个制丝流程,可以提高制丝的过程质量和生产效率,同时降低原料消耗和能耗。
On the basis of the existing production mode,this paper analyzes the feasibility of continuous production of cut tobacco of the same brand,puts forward a scheme to realize continuous production under existing conditions,and then applies the concept of continuous production to the cutting and drying process and the whole cutting process,so as to realize the agile production of the spinning process.Finally,the implementation plan of continuous production is worked out,and the experimental study on the continuous production of cut tobacco of the same brand is carried out.The effects of continuous production on process quality,production efficiency,raw materials and energy consumption are verified,and the cutting and drying process and the whole tobacco production process are realized,the process quality and production efficiency are improved,and the raw materials and energy consumption are reduced.The final results show that the continuous production of cutting and drying process and spinning process has been greatly improved in terms of production efficiency,raw materials and energy consumption,and the experimental study of cutting and drying process has confirmed the effectiveness of continuous production of cut tobacco of the same brand.Therefore,applying the concept of agile production to the tobacco drying process and the whole tobacco production process can improve the process quality and production efficiency,and reduce raw material consumption and energy consumption.
