浮游植物与鲢肌肉营养水平关系分析

摘要 为了详细了解浮游植物存量和鲢肌肉营养品质之间的关系,对东平湖、微山湖春、夏、秋、冬四季浮游植物及同一时间、同一水域鲢肌肉营养水平进行了调查,探讨分析了两者之间的亲密联系,并与同时期养殖鲢肌肉营养成分进行了比较,结果表明:1)鲢肌肉蛋白、氨基酸、脂肪酸组成与含量与浮游植物的种类和生物量关系密切;2)秋末冬初浮游植物种类和生物量更有利于鲢生长,鱼类肌肉营养水平为一年中最高;3)自然水域鲢肌肉营养品质与鲜美度均高于养殖鲢。 This study aims to investigate the effect of phytoplankton on the muscle quality of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix.We collected phytoplankton and H.molitrix from the Dongping Lake and the Weishan Lake continuously in different seasons.We analyzed the species,quantity and biomass of phytoplankton and the muscle quality of H.molitrix.Moreover,we compared the muscle nutrient level of wild H.molitrix with bred H.molitrix.It is found that:1)The composition of muscle protein,amino acid,and fatty acid in H.molitrix is strongly associated with the species and biomass of phytoplankton.2)The species and biomass of phytoplankton in late autumn and early winter are more beneficial to the growth of H.molitrix,and the nutritional level of fish muscle is the highest throughout the year.3)The muscle quality and deliciousness of H.molitrix in natural waters are higher than those of bred ones.
