能源资源特色一流创新人才本科生导师制培养机制构建与实践

摘要 结合当前矿业类本科生导师制导师功能定位不明确、实施成效评价趋于一般、师生间互动体验不佳的现状,提出能源资源特色一流创新人才本科生导师“五位一体”职能定位,优化多种渠道的沟通、多样化的学习体验和多元化就业支持和指导的“多对多”全过程式本科生导师制,明确多渠道透明化、跨学科多方向、大团队互助式师生互选机制,建立长效性、硕博制、梯队化跨学科培养与学习模式,打破矿业类专业传统本科生选导师的模式,充分发挥导师教、学生学的主动性,提高师生互选自由度和满意度,重点解决跨专业选导师的难点,创新矿业类师生互选机制。以中国矿业大学矿业工程学院的部分学生为实践对象,验证矿业类本科生导师制在对学生课程学习、科研竞赛、毕业设计等方面发挥积极作用,增强高等教育创新性能源资源特色一流人才培养质量。 Combined with the current situation of unclear functional orientation,general implementation effect evaluation,and poor interaction experience between teachers and students in the mining"undergraduate tutorial system",the"five in one"functional orientation of undergraduate tutors for first-class innovative talents with energy and resources characteristics is proposed.It optimizes the"many-to-many"whole-process undergraduate tutorial system with multiple channels of communication,diversified learning experience and diversified employment support and guidance,clarifies the mechanism of multi-channel and transparent,interdisciplinary and multi-direction,and large team mutual selection between teachers and students,and establishes a long-term,master and doctoral system,echelon interdisciplinary training and learning mode.It breaks the traditional mode of undergraduate selection of tutors in mining majors,gives full play to the initiative of tutors in teaching and students in learning,improves the degree of freedom and satisfaction of mutual selection between teachers and students,focuses on solving the difficulties of cross-major selection of tutors,innovates the mechanism of mutual selection between teachers and students in mining majors,and takes some students of the School of Mining Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology as the practical objects.It is verified that the tutorial system for mining undergraduates plays a positive role in students'course learning,scientific research competition,graduation design and other aspects,and enhances the training quality of innovative energy and resources first-class talents in higher education.
