摘要
以南京市横江大道快速化改造工程综合管廊初步设计图纸为基础,充分利用EPC模式的管理特点,提前对综合管廊进行工法、断面及长度的比选和确定,通过盾构分仓、线形、横向隔板牛腿的优化和竖向隔板材料的专项设计,形成了一套经济合理、简便易行的综合管廊设计方案,通过对盾构管廊狭小空间内的混凝土现浇技术和横向、竖向隔板安装技术研究,提出自变形轮胎式混凝土运输车、一体化安装运输车和ALC竖向隔板安装技术在工程施工中的应用,效果良好。
Based on the preliminary design drawing of utility tunnel of Nanjing Hengjiang Avenue rapid transformation project,the construction method,section and length of the utility tunnel were compared and determined in advance by making full use of the management characteristics of EPC mode.Through the optimization of shield division,linear and lateral bulkhead,and the special design of vertical bulkhead materials,a set of economical,reasonable,simple and feasible utility tunnel design scheme formed.Through the research on the concrete casting technology and the lateral⁃vertical partition installation technology in the narrow space of shield utility tunnel,the application of self⁃deformation tire concrete carrier,integrated installation carrier and ALC vertical partition installation technology in engineering construction was proposed,and the effect was good.
