摘要
悬索桥锚碇作为大桥的重要受力结构,其结构形式多样,可因地制宜进行设计,西部陡峭山区峡谷多设计为隧道锚。由于散索鞍顺应索股倾斜入锚的特殊结构特点,普遍采取倾斜布置在隧道锚锚室内,根据散索鞍形状和质量、施工环境条件等因素,通常可采取大吨位起重机直接吊装、布设滑道滑移安装、门架吊装等安装工艺。依托贵州金仁桐高速公路桐梓河大桥工程,针对高山峡谷区该大跨度悬索桥工程隧道锚结构设计特点,介绍了散索鞍安装总体方案,以及散索鞍安装滑移支架系统设计方案,支架滑移法在仁怀岸大倾角隧道锚内吊装散索鞍施工工艺。
As an important stress structure of the bridge,the anchorage of suspension bridges has various structural forms and is designed according to local conditions.Tunnel anchorage is often designed for the canyons in the western steep mountainous areas.Due to the special structural characteristics of the splay saddle which complies with the cable strand inclined into the anchor,it is generally inclined to be arranged in anchor chamber of the tunnel anchorage.According to the shape of the splay saddle,gravity,construction environmental conditions and other factors,the installation technology such as direct hoisting by large tonnage crane,sliding installation by laying slideway and hoisting by gantry can be used.In view of the design characteristics of the tunnel anchorage structure of the long⁃span suspension bridge project in the alpine gorge area,this paper introduces the overall scheme of the installation of the splay saddle,as well as the design scheme of the sliding support system for the installation of the splay saddle,and the construction technology by the support sliding method for hoisting the splay saddle in the large inclined tunnel anchorage on the shore of Renhuai.
