摘要
针对纵连板式无砟轨道挤塑板脱空病害,基于轨道结构特点和运营铁路天窗维修条件,通过病害调研、方案比选、工艺试验、材料研发、试验验证,对运营高速铁路纵连板式无砟轨道挤塑板脱空整治技术进行了研究,结果表明:研发的高聚物注浆材料具有较好的高流态和自充盈性,并可快速固化,硬化后具有与挤塑板相近的力学性能,且具有较好的抗疲劳和抗冻性能;提出了基于布袋法的高流态、自充盈高聚物注浆填充成套整治技术,并于全路范围内首次实现在天窗时间内将挤塑板与底座板间脱空密实填充,较好地恢复挤塑板的功能作用,有效恢复线路稳定性。
In view of the void defects of extruded polystyrene foam board for longitudinal slab ballastless track based on the track structure characteristics and the operating railway skylight maintenance conditions,through disease investigation,scheme comparison,process test,material research and development,and test verification,the extruded polystyrene foam board stripping treatment technology of the operating high⁃speed railway was studied.The results show that the developed polymer grouting material has good high flow state and self⁃filling property,and can be quickly solidified.After hardening,it has similar mechanical properties as the extruded polystyrene foam board,and has better anti⁃fatigue and anti⁃freeze properties.A complete set of remediation technology for high flow and self⁃filling polymer grouting filling based on the bag⁃based method is proposed,the space between the extruded polystyrene foam board and the base plate can be filled tightly within the skylight time,and the functions of the extruded polystyrene foam board and the line stability can be restored.
