在中国的民航系统中,安全是首要目标。为了保障飞行安全,找出导致不安全事件的危险源是第一步。基于此,从识别危险源的角度出发,提出危险源的主要概念和一般的辨识方法,通过民航体系中常用识别方法识别目前民航空管系统的危险源,并提出有针对性的处理方法,为相关管理者和决策者提供参考和借鉴。

In China's civil aviation system,safety is the primary goal.In order to ensure flight safety,identifying the source of the risk of unsafe incidents is the first step.From the point of view of how to reasonably and effectively identify hazard sources,this paper puts forward the main concepts and general identification methods of hazard sources,and identifies the hazard sources of the current civil aviation air traffic control system through the common identification methods in civil aviation.Targeted processing methods are proposed to provide reference and guidance for relevant managers and decision-makers.
