工会服务职工工作对企业发展有着积极的影响,有助于提高职工工作积极性和归属感,提高企业稳定性和持续发展能力。随着“互联网+”时代的到来,基层工会服务职工工作取得较大进展,但受工作环境、信息数据等因素影响,基层工会四项职能作用发挥还存在一定的偏颇和差距,站位基层谋划的工作载体还有待丰富,需要高度重视和持续改进。新时代对基层工会服务职工工作提出了更高要求,本文从石油工程技术公司实践出发,对“互联网+工会”新模式服务职工工作进行了思考和探讨。

The work of trade union service workers has a positive impact on the development of enterprises,helps to enhance employees'enthusiasm and sense of belonging,and improves the stability and sustainable development capability of enterprises.With the onset of the"Internet+"era,grassroots trade unions have made significant strides in serving employees.However,influenced by factors such as working environment and information data,there are still certain biases and gaps in the implementation of the four functions of grassroots trade unions.Enriching the work carrier for station planning is essential and requires continuous improvement.The new era has raised higher demands for grassroots trade union service workers.This paper explores a new model for"Internet+trade union"service workers based on practices at petroleum engineering and technology companies.
