摘要 目的:构建中医骨科专病智慧分诊导医平台,促进人工智能和传统中医的融合,推动中医骨科不断向数字化、信息化、智能化迈进。方法:构建了一种能够综合考虑骨科患者及医生信息的混合过滤推荐模型,采用数据挖掘和机器学习等监督学习算法等,对骨科患者的基本信息、病历信息和医生的专业背景、临床经验等进行分析后,得出最佳匹配结果。结果:通过医患匹配的混合过滤推荐模型以及监督学习算法和医疗大数据分析,可以帮助中医骨科医生和患者进行最佳匹配,从而提高就诊效率和医疗质量。结论:采用医患匹配的混合过滤推荐模型,可以优化中医医疗资源、改善骨科患者就诊体验、提高医生工作效率。 Objective To construct an intelligent triage guide platform for orthopedic diseases of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine),promote the integration of AI(Artificial Intelligence)and TCM,and promote the continuous development of TCM orthopedics towards digitalization,IT application and intelligence.Methods A hybrid filtering recommendation model was constructed which could comprehensively consider the information of orthopedic patients and doctors.Supervised learning algorithms such as data mining and machine learning,were adopted to analyze the basic information and medical records information of orthopedic patients and the professional background and clinical experience of doctors to obtain the best matching results.Results Through the hybrid filtering recommendation model of doctor-patient matching,applying supervised learning algorithms and medical big data analysis,the platform could help TCM orthopedic doctors and patients to make the best match,so as to improve consultation efficiency and medical quality.Conclusion The application of the doctor-patient matching hybrid filter recommendation model can play a more and more important role in the optimization of TCM medical resources,orthopedic patients'consultation experience,and doctors'working efficiency.
