基于信创的医院自助服务系统建设探索

摘要 目的:在信创政策背景和技术要求下建设医院自助服务系统,在技术体系自主可控、安全可靠的前提下,为患者提供便民自助服务。方法:梳理自助服务系统构成要素,按信创标准进行选型,对自助服务系统中前端主机、周边外设等硬件进行适配,前端软件基于信创操作系统进行原生开发,后端服务器、数据库进行适配和迁移,实现自助服务系统所有环节的国产化替代。结果:信创自助服务系统上线后,总体运行平稳,既提供了稳定可靠的自助服务业务,又提高了自主可控性,保障了数据安全。结论:信创大环境下,医院自助服务系统相关产业链与技术体系已较为成熟,能够在全国产化技术架构下提供稳定的功能服务,可作为信创适配的切入点之一。同时,医院与政府、产业需要共同努力、积极作为,支持推动信创生态发展,提高医疗信息系统的自主可控性。 Objective To build a hospital self-service system under the policy background and technical requirements of IT application innovation,which can provide convenient self-service for patients under the premise of the autonomous,controllable,safe and reliable technical system.Methods The components of the self-service system were sorted out,and the hardware such as front-end host and peripheral peripherals in the self-service system were adapted according to the standard of IT application innovation.The front-end software was developed natively based on the IT application innovation operating system,and the back-end server and database were adapted and migrated to realize the localization replacement of all aspects of the self-service system.Results After the launch of the selfservice system of IT application innovation,the overall operation was stable,which not only provided a stable and reliable self-service,but also improved the autonomy and controllability,and ensured the data security.Conclusion Under the background of IT application innovation,the relevant chain and technical system of hospital self-service system have become relatively mature,and can provide stable functional services under the domestic industrial technical framework,which can serve as one of the entry points for IT application innovation adaptation.At the same time,hospitals,governments,and industries need to actively work together to support and promote the development of IT application innovation ecosystem,and improve the autonomy and controllability of medical information systems.
