基于三维可视化参数建模的铁路隧道断面自动成图技术研究

摘要 为了提高工程设计制图效率,减少设计人员工作量,借助OpenRail Designer软件开发平台CIMPlatform SDK开发一种自动成图技术。以三维可视化参数建模的模板设计及其衍生的扩展功能为基础,通过自动获取模板库中XML文件,实现了批量自动绘制隧道断面二维设计图纸。通过软件提供的Annotation相关API对通过参数化模型生成的二维图纸进行自动化标注,并利用创建cell构件库功能绘制参数化图框,从而实现二维隧道断面自动化成图。通过应用验证,基于OpenRail Designer软件开发的铁路隧道断面自动化成图技术能够极大地提高二维制图效率和准确率,为工程设计工作带来效益与便利。 In order to improve the efficiency of engineering design and reduce the workload of designers,this paper developed an automatic mapping technology using the CIMPlatform SDK development platform of an OpenRail Designer software.This technology is rooted in the template design of 3D visualization parameter modeling and its derived extension functions.By automatically obtaining XML files from the template library,it achieves rapid batch generation of 2D design drawings for tunnel sections.In addition,this paper utilizes annotation-related APIs provided by OpenRail Designer software to automate the annotation of two-dimensional drawings generated from parametric models.Furthermore,leveraging the functionality of cell component libraries,parameterized drawing frames were designed to enhance the standardization and aesthetic appeal of the drawings.Through practical application validation,the automated mapping technology for railway tunnel sections developed based on OpenRail Designer software has significantly enhanced the efficiency and accuracy in two-dimensional mapping.This innovation has brought substantial benefits and convenience to the field of engineering design.
