地下连续墙范围内既有管线切改受限时深基坑施工技术

摘要 某工程市政管线斜穿车站主体围护结构端头井处转角幅地下连续墙,严重影响施工进度。提出增设斜封堵墙的施工技术,即提前临时封闭主体围护结构,开挖基坑北侧土方;待市政管线切改完成后封闭原主体围护结构,开挖基坑南侧斜封堵墙两侧土方,保证施工连续;最后采用绳锯无损切割技术破除斜封堵墙。增设斜封堵墙技术大大节约了工期,最大限度减少对车站主体围护结构的扰动,为今后的类似工程提供参考。 In one engineering project,the construction progress was severely affected due to the municipal pipeline crossing diagonally through the diaphragm wall at the corner of the end shaft of the station's main enclosure structure.To address this issue,this paper proposes an innovative construction technique-setting an oblique sealing wall.The critical steps of this technical solution are as follows.Firstly,the main enclosure structure is temporarily sealed in advance,and the soil on the north side of the foundation pit is excavated.To maintain continuity of the construction process,upon the completion of the municipal pipeline diversion work,the original main enclosure structure is sealed,and the soil on both sides of the oblique sealing wall on the south side of the foundation pit is excavated.Finally,a rope saw non-destructive cutting technology is used to remove the oblique sealing wall.The implementation of this oblique sealing wall technique not only significantly saves construction time but also minimizes disturbances to the station's main enclosure structure,providing valuable reference experience for similar future projects.
